Simply Hygge does not provide gift-wrapping services. Since we are an affiliate site, when you place an order, you’ll be taken to an artists shop. We recommend you request this by contacting the artisan directly.

Tracking your order with Simply Hygge is a straightforward process. Simply share your order number and name with our client assistance group through any communication channel such as email, telephone, or virtual assistance. Reach out to our client assistance group via email at customer.care@simply-hygge.com or call 0333 090 4451, and they will promptly provide you with the status of your order.

Click “Add to Cart”  on the right of your selected item then click “Continue to Checkout”. After you’ve added all your items, simply click “Checkout”. 

**Verify the items in your cart and provide any special delivery instructions.  Fill in your payment details, and click “Proceed to Delivery” then “Proceed to Payment.” Choose your preferred shipping method and “Complete Order.“

Set up a login profile to create a Wish List.   Once logged in, you can add items to your “Wish List” by clicking “ADD TO WISH LIST” next to the item. This feature allows you to easily keep track of items you favorited.

Simply Hygge items are mostly handcrafted, one of a kind (OAK) designs – some  available only by special request. If you receive a defective product, we are committed to promptly assisting you by working with the artist to either replace the item or offer a refund (minus shipping). Our inventory  comprises authorized and licensed products from original designers and manufacturers, ensuring the highest quality and authenticity.

Sales tax may be applicable, and we recommend checking your shopping cart or reaching out to us toll-free for inquiries regarding specific sales tax details.
